A great job, sold our house faster than expected.

I wanted to sell my house, but after a bad experience attempting to before, we decided to wait 5 years. Annette called me on a Friday night and asked if I would consider listing with her, and I told her, “not until we meet in person to talk about it!” My husband and I met with her and in an hour, she had us excited and ready to try again. My house was in contract within 3 days of the sign going up in our yard. She never had any doubt, despite my anxiety. She didn’t ask us to make unnecessary repairs, and she didn’t make any promises she couldn’t keep. We found our dream home, and she was with us every step of the way. I felt like a rockstar throughout the entire process. She made me feel like I was her only client and nothing else mattered.
