We were trying to buy a place in Ohio while we were in San Diego California, thus more things fell on John than would have if we were available, There were multiple offers on this property and John got it for us by making an offer $1,100 more than the next offer. We were willing to pay $9,000 more than we did , but John's structuring of the offer saved us $9,000. We would Highly recommend him.
