As a first-time home buyer and moving from out of state, it was extremely helpful to have an experienced realtor that was familiar with the area. Furman was honest about his thoughts on the neighborhoods and houses themselves, giving me more confidence when I found the house I wanted to make an offer on. The offer process was smooth, and anything required from me was clearly communicated Furman in a timely manner.
After my mother passed we asked if he would help us sell her house and a separate land parcel. His professionalism and communication were just what we needed during this difficult time. Furman and his wife Lisa were also friendly neighbors to Mom and we consider them friends as well.
I purchased a home in Spencer NC and Furman was the selling agent. My experience with Furman was tremendous. He was always available with any of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the home and market. If you have an opportunity to work with Furman, your home purchase or sell will be that much more enhanced and enjoyable.
This man kept me involved every step of the way. I have done numerous real estate transactions and never have I had an agent go above and beyond like Furman to purchase this property. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to anyone looking to purchase.
