Jenn is absolutely amazing!!! I am a first time home buyer who honestly did not have a clue of what to do after Vera and I were approved for our home loan. We met with Jenn after she returned our call the very same day we made it to Fulcrum. She listened to what we needed and wanted, taking notes the whole time. She worked up a list of homes for us to go over and we set out on our adventure the next day we had available. It didn't matter how far we traveled Jenn was there. She kept on with us even after the few hurdles that we had. We didn't get the first house we bid on, nor even the first house our bid was accepted on. Things just happened.
