Linda was very knowledgeable about all aspects of purchasing a home. She knew mechanicals, how to spot things I never would have noticed both inside and outside the property. She never offered her opinion about a property unless asked, and I did ask several times. She took me to see numerous houses and seemed to be available at just about every day morning, noon and evenings. I tried to limit my calls but she always answered them promptly, 7 days a week unless in a showing with another customer or a meeting. As soon as she was through those things she answered me promptly, usually in half and hour up to one hour. She was always good natured and never seemed to lack energy. I wondered how she found time to eat or sleep. Linda's primary concern was helping me to find a place that I was comfortable about purchasing and liked, ticking 8 out of 10 boxes of the things I was looking for. I enjoyed working with her and could not have asked for a more experienced or competent person to have as my agent.

Linda is the absolute epitome of the ideal home-buying experience! Granted, this was my first time doing so, but she quickly eased my worries and anxiety with her kindness and vast knowledge of seemingly every property in the entire Tryin Cities area. Linda was fantastic to work with in my home search. She was attentive, knowledgeable, candid, and always ready to meet or discuss whenever houses came on the market that I wanted to see or questions I had in the home buying process. Once I found a home I wanted to bid on, she was helpful in assessing the market in that area and thinking through the negotiation process. Once an offer was accepted/final, she was great as getting me over the finish line, including asking great questions during the inspection, making sure my lender had the requisite information / was on track, dealing with the listing agent to address any questions or open points.
