Frida went above and beyond to help us with all of our real estate questions. She really cares about her clients and wants to help them find the right place.

We were first time home buyers and did not have a strong understanding of all the details involved in purchasing a home and needed a trusted partner to help guide us. Frida Waara and Patricia Nofal not only helped guide us through that process skillfully but literally outperformed the homeowner's realtor whose property listing we found on Zillow. That realtor couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone to show us the house, but Frida and Patty were happy to take the lead. Even though it wasn't a listing of theirs they were determined to see us with the home of our dreams and went above and beyond to make sure it happened. We would not be in the perfect home – and the previous homeowners would never have sold it – if it were not for this incredibly dedicated team that got the job done quickly and gracefully. Selling or buying I would want these professionals on my side.
