We have used Jeff's services for a few real estate transactions now. Some of course, had a few things to deal with before the transaction could close. Jeff knew how to help us through those problems and/or took action himself to get things done. Sometimes even contacting the right people (on our behalf) as to not delay a closing or as to not have a deal fall through. He is so knowledgeable of the area and the real estate market.
