I was very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help of Fred and Sandra. They have deep experience of this market and their profession and took the time to help me think through decisions and consider every aspect of our choices. These two people are exceptional, professional and just a blast to work with. Sandra is the home finder, Fred is the contract genius. My wife and I, looked at maybe 20 places. None were over our budget, were in the neighborhoods we liked and all were one story.(Which we requested) Once we found what we wanted, Fred took over and handled all the paperwork required. He was like a bulldog keeping everything rolling. We settled in about 30 days and even got to move in early! I would highly recommend this very competent and thorough dynamic duo.
