She also handled my staging which was absolutely beautiful and made all the difference in my unit versus other units in the same complex. This estate property was dangerously mold infested and in otherwise deplorable condition. My client was not local. Fredericka took on all aspects of getting the property ready for sale ranging from changing locks, getting the yard in shape, overseeing various projects, and most of all having it sold for a good price.

This was a great experience. First, it was a LONG process. The construction started in October, 2019, but the sale didn't close until November, 2021, due to lengthy inspections with DC Inspectors. Throughout the process Fredericka stayed calm, patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, cooperative and professional. After construction was complete, she staged the property. The WOW factor was evident when you first stepped onto the screened-in front porch. The color scheme popped from start to finish. She was spot on in her pricing of the property. Overall, I would rate the experience a 10 out of 10!
