Awesome!!!

I can't express how much it meant to have Fred Vescera help me find and close on my first home! I was very hesitant because my initial pre-qualification fell through until a good friend put me in touch with Fred. When Fred reached out to me, things went very quickly and before I knew it we were looking at homes! I was exhausted and I don't remember if I picked the last house on the list or if Fred did! It was the perfect home for me! While I was busy looking at the appearance of the home, Fred was busy checking the plumbing, electrical, attic, A/C, and looking for wood rot! Fred is very knowledgeable and works hard for his clients! I'm so grateful to have him help me buy my first home!
