When we were preparing my parent's home for sale, we needed to know what to fix up and what was going to sell the home. After almost 60 years in the home there were some great added features and some things that needed to be fixed/upgraded. Fred was with us every step of the way and made multiple visits during the process to follow the recondition of the house. He was a calming influence on a crazy period of things. It was a great help to some of the family who hadn't been thru the process of selling or buying a home. All-in-all Fred helped us all get the job done and the home was sold at the price we were hoping for. He's a great guy to have on your side whether selling or buying, and I consider him a friend.
