Fred Mansfield is AWESOME

Fred Mansfield is an incredible realtor. I have known him for many years. I called one day and said, “I want to buy a house”. He was Johnny on the spot. He checked listings several times a day as the market in our area was crazy. Homes were listed at 8am and sold by noon! When we found something we liked, he was readily available to show it to us. When we found one we liked, he hooked us up with a mortgage rep and we closed the deal. Unfortunately, during our deal, there were some problems on the seller side, which delayed closing many times. Just as we got the final closing date, one of the owners passed away! Fred was right there with the seller’s realtor, title company, mortgage agent and us, coordinating the final closing. He kept us informed every step of the way.
