Our beloved uncle passed, and we needed to sell his home of 22 years. First step was to fix things which had not been kept up in the house. Fred suggested workers and even landscaping. The buyer's daughter was very meticulous and difficult. Fred did an outstanding job of intervening in a professional manner to walk us through her demands to the point where we and she were satisfied. Overall, it was difficult for us selling our uncle's home plus dealing with an over demanding buyer. But thankfully, we had Fred to smooth out the rough spots. No one would be sorry in having Fred as their real estate agent. He was a tremendous asset to us.
