Freddy was a blessing from the start for me and my family! We had previous realtors prior to him and none of them worked out. When we met Freddy, HE ACTUALLY LISTENED to what meant most to us in a home and location of that home. In one day we found our dream home in a prominent lakefront neighborhood. He did so much behind the scenes and is an EXCELLENT negotiator! We we're competing against 2 CASH OFFERS and Freddy had us under contract in less than 48 hours! He had the seller pay a generous amount towards our closing costs and fix things that initially the said they wouldn't do. He also speaks I believe 6 languages if not more which is great when it comes to negotiations. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him in the future again! My family misses him already but so thankful he found us our first home.
