In the process of buying a house we had a very good experience with Fredy, he guided us through the process correctly and very patient. He looked for the best house in our needs, he helps us trough the process of inspections and procedures that the house need, he hold on the owner’s house because the loan wasn’t ready, he negotiated the house’s price and gave us a good deal. The process took longer that we expected and turned harder but with Fredy we went trough it and finally get our new house.
