While in Lubbock, Melissa came to walk through the house with us and they were able to give us excellent information on what we needed to do to sell the home. They also gave us a listing price that was very reasonable for the area. Melissa stayed in contact with us over the next several months while we were getting things ready on our end to get the home listed. Once we were ready, she handled everything for us and had the home sold in just a few days. We had to move all the belongings out of there while we were in Michigan, she helped us get things coordinated; and after the movers left she made sure the home was ready for the new owner so we didn’t have to come back to Lubbock.
