Freddie is the most knowledgeable and upfront real estate agent you can get. We looked for houses upon houses! Freddie would investigate properties, obtain info needed about houses regarding the most important pieces of the estates...whether it was when the roof was replaced or the AC units, how houses were maintained, what type of septic tank was used etc. Freddie knew what we were looking for and what to look out!
