Fredd was absolutely the best realtor I've ever worked with. He was friendly, positive, and motivating. More importantly for the context of selling my home, he was on top of every step of the process and provided proactive updates so that I never had to worry or ask or even wonder what was going on. Fredd listened well and was instrumental in solving a few problems. He also negotiated a higher sale amount than our list price! Having worked with 6 or 7 realtors in the past and feeling like they're all similar, I definitely don't feel that way anymore. Fredd provided a whole new real estate experience!
