Freda is one of the best agents you can use! I talked to dozens of agents before and was about to purchase another home until it fell through the day before closing. The agent I had previously didn't cover my earnest money and was rude treating it like it was my fault. After that big hit I didn't want to look again. Then a family friend said I should give Freda a call. She was so helpful and sweet and knows so much I was very impressed! She made sure I was happy, things were going to plan - even called the lenders and insurance people for me to help out! My first agent left me to do everything pretty much. Freda made things more of a relief and I wish I worked with her from the beginning! This was my first time home buying so it was overwhelming but Freda understood and made me feel like I could ask questions and be up front. I was sad when my home closed at the end because I knew I wouldn't be working with Freda anymore but we still keep in touch :)
