Fred was recommended to us by our attorney as we had a unique situation. The deed to my mother’s home had been transferred to my three sisters and me with my mother having a life estate, in effect five sellers. To make it even more complicated three of us live out of state. It was time for my mother to move into an assisted living facility and we needed to sell the house quickly.
