There were a limited amount of lots and a lengthy list of interested buyers, and without Fred's professionalism and experience, we would not have been able to secure a lot where our home would be built. By doing so, Fred took time out of his busy schedule to hold our spot, and we were able to have the opportunity to purchase our home.<br/><br/>We cannot imagine how we would have succeeded in the purchase of our home without the responsiveness and the guidance that Fred gave us throughout the whole process.
