Fred Nies

Fred is outstanding. He was able to help me list and sell my old home at a very good price and purchase another in my desired area. This was not easy as thee were aggressive bidding wars for homes at that time. Fred helped me in the moving transition and even helped me with moving my furniture. He knows the Los Altos area as well as anyone as he grew up and still lives there. He even paid out of pocket When I told him that there was a problem with one of the appliances in the new home. He did not need to do that! Fred was also helpful in recommending a mortgage broker and made the overall process as easy as can be. Fred really cares about his clients. I still get an occasional check in call or visit from Fred. Really a great guy and always available to answer any questions.
