"Fred the Realtor" as my husband and I call him... because he takes pride in his work and reputation. He went above and beyond to sell my second home. He's very patient and a great listener. He gave me great ideas, and listed my home at a prevailing price point.... I was so grateful, I had an offer above my asking price in one day of the listing. Lets just say he knows how to market a home. To this day I can call him with any real-estate questions for future buys and he gets back to me immediately with his expertise. I would highly recommend.
