Going with Fred Manfred to sell our Society Hill home was the best decision we could have made. We did not expect how much personal and detailed involvement he would put into being sure that every detail of our home's preparation, staging, presentation via printed and internet venues was perfect and exactly tuned to the desires and expectations of the buyers he had targeted. From the largest decisions, like setting a great ( and successful) sales price, to the smallest, like the placement of a colorful vase that would "pop" in a photo, Fred exercised seasoned judgement and personal involvement that resulted in securing a contract, for our asking price, within days of the listing. Follow up through settlement was flawless, and we came to understand how personally on top of multiple " behind the scenes" details Fred was from the beginning through to the end of the sales process. He is more than experienced: he is gifted in the sensibilities he brings to the table and dedicated to delivering. We knew going into this that Fred had an excellent reputation. We now understand why. He has earned it.
