I moved here from Colorado. It is difficult enough with the stress of looking on line trying to make a good decisions based on pictures and descriptions. You are looking for that perfect home. That place you're excited to come home to. I was fortunate to have my sister here in Florida. That helped! None of that would have been possible without Fred's knowledge of real-estate, the area, and insights to what would work best for me. You can do virtual tours on line but that really doesn't tell the whole picture. I narrowed it down to three condo's. Fred and I set a time to Zoom. It allowed him to really look at the units for sell. We eliminated the first one because there was significant damage to part of the kitchen floor. Appliances were described as new and upon closer inspection they were not (none of this could be seen in the pictures available). The second was in good shape but didn't care for the floor plan. Third one was awesome. Fred did not have to take the time to do the tours. I really appreciate that he did. We prepared a bid but someone beat us to it! Drat! But Fred stayed on top of it. As we looked at other condo's nothing really jumped out. About a week and half later he found out the loan on that unit fell through and was in contact with me same day. Well, its where I am living today. So thanks Fred for all your hard work and dedication. I highly recommend Fred for any of your real-estate needs. He sure did right by me!!
