Beat realtor in Ventura. I have used Fred's services several times
Fred patiently helped us locate a home in Ventura in a challenging and competitive market. He located an ideal home for us in the Ventura hills of Mid-Town. Subsequently, Fred professionally marketed and sold our home in Newbury Park. Fred is extremely knowledgeable in real estate, the Ventura County housing market and he has a vast array of knowledge and experience. Additionally, he is very pleasant person to know and to work with. I would recommend Fred to anyone who is buying or selling property.
Right from the moment we met Fred, he was reassuring and supportive that we would get through selling our property with a minimum of grief and he was true to his word. Fred's knowledge about the current market state helped get our home sold very quickly. When wrinkles came along, he wonderfully guided us on how to get the house ready for final escrow. I will continue to recommend Fred Evans to anyone selling their home and will definitely use Fred Evans when my family and I are ready to buy again in the Ventura County area.
In a very unpredictable real estate market Fred held the course consistently and broadly advertising and continuously holding open houses. We had to move out of state before the house sold, and Fred and his team were there to take care of loose ends such as clearing out left items and doing final cleaning. He kept in touch regularly and always let us know what was happening in the market. Fred was always professional and caring as was his entire team.
Fred and his group of agents had an open house every weekend in this challenging market, and there was never any hesitation to continuing the open houses. There was always great communication about what happened during the open houses and communication about plans moving forward. I think it is rare for a Real Estate Agency to truly care about their clients, but Fred definitely qualifies as one of those. We got less than hoped in the final sale, but that was not due to any lack of effort on his part. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
Fred listed our home and within days we were in escrow and closed within the month.. Fred is an expert at marketing and that made all the difference. It was his reputation that drew us to select him as our agent. He guided us through the challenges of selling an older home so quickly and negotiated the deal with his graceful expertise. Best decision ever!
Fred Evans is my only realtor. He was my agent on my first purchase in 1994 and he is still the only realtor I trust completely. During my entire life of over 30 years as a real estate appraiser, Fred is the most Professional, Knowledgeable and Trustworthy Realtor I’ve ever met. I fully recommend Fred with no reservations.
Do not hesitate to hire Fred and his team. He is such a pro and his experience is invaluable! We took all of his advice and our house sold quickly for a great profit. As advertised “Fred SELLS WELL” Thank you Fred and team🙏
