He was there at settlement to explain the questions I had, which were not many. Reason being we reviewed and signed the documents earlier. This also expedited the process at closing. Fred is an amazing realtor who was patient enough to listen to our needs and answer our long list of questions while ambitious enough to handle our seller's realtor and keep our first FL home purchase moving forward. We began our look in the Tampa area and then switched to Panama City, but Fred was willing to stick it out and support us all the way with what WE wanted to accomplish. I would have given Fred 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that we switched search areas part way through our time with him, but that's really our fault and not his. Fred even took time away from his family to make sure he could attend our closing in the Panhandle and that it all went smoothly. I highly recommend working with him!
