Frans and Dyniece are truly wonderful! My husband and I met Frans a couple years ago when we were browsing open houses. Even though we were not seriously on the market for a new home yet, Frans was always so honest, helpful, and patient with us. He spent a lot of time getting to know us, showing us many listings and learning about what we were looking for, educating us on the first-time home buying process and what to look out for in properties, and patiently answering our many many many questions. With Frans, we always felt like he was an ally and truly had our best interests at top of mind. Fast forward two years when my husband and I were ready to buy our first home, we immediately knew we wanted to work with Frans. Frans helped make the whole process and exciting and stress-free as possible. His wife, Dyniece connected us to a wonderful lender who was professional and really great to work with. Everyone worked around the clock to help us, which resulted in our offer being accepted on the first home we bid on (and within our budget), and we were even able close escrow and move-in earlier than planned. 10/10 recommend if you are on the market (or will be in the next couple of years) to get in touch with Frans and Dyniece - you won't regret it!
