Frank saves the day!

We were in the very beginning phases of a large renovation to our small historic home which had an estimated timeframe of 1 year to complete. To say we were not looking forward to the remodel would be an understatement. On a Sunday morning I saw a home right around the corner from us that I have always loved hit the market and I immediately phoned Frank. He had us in the house that afternoon and our offer placed the following morning. He understood the importance of getting us this house in a competitive market and came through. He also helped navigate the challenges that came up so that we did not put ourselves at risk for losing out on the home.
