Franklin was FANTASTIC! He advised and guided us every step of the process. The final amount we received was much higher than we had expected due to his diligence. He was available to answer all our questions and concerns. Before and after the sale Franklin was so proactive in our search for a new place to live. He visited every possible location we were interested in and gave us his advice on each location. He was instrumental in finding us our present accommodations and it was the very last unit available in the complex. Again, he was just AWESOME!!!
