We did not have a specific person in mind when we were researching for a realtor. Exit Realty has a great reputation which is why we focused on their company. From the time we were greated by Frankie to closing it was seamless. Frankie was ahead of the curve anticipating next steps and continuously provided great support. One concern I had when discussing if I would select Exit Realty is communication. It had to be open, prompt and accurate so is an issue arose we would have the latest so we could find a resolution together. He kept us updated on all issues including topics I hadn't anticipated. If anyone is planning to put their house on the market, I strongly recommend to research Exit Realty and hopefully Frankie is availabe as he sold our house in 24 hours. Frankie took us around to see 16 different condos from Orange Beach to Fort Morgan. The next day we narrowed it down to 5. Then he was instrumental in helping us determine the pluses and minuses of the 5 and then we picked the best for our needs. Frankie then went to bat for us going back and forth with the listing agent to get the best price and perks. After we had the accepted offer he worked closely with us and the insurance and closing agents and everything came off without a hitch.
