We just bought our first house. It's a very intimidating process. Especially if you're like us, and you go into it knowing nothing about buying a house. Frank made it all so easy. He explained the process of purchasing a house at our very first showing; contracts, down payments, inspections, closing costs, etc. He set up a portal that sent us emails of new listings in the areas we were searching in. It was a very user friendly portal, allowing me to save or trash listings depending on my likeness. My favorite part of the house showings was that Frank walked through each home like he was the buyer. He told you everything he did and didn't like about it and everything he thought could be a problem with the home. Frank kept us calm and relaxed throughout the entire process, was reachable 100% of the time I had questions, and requested things from the Sellers we didn't even know we wanted/could ask for.
