We just bought our first house. It's a very intimidating process. Especially if you're like us, and you go into it knowing nothing about buying a house. Frank made it all so easy. He explained the process of purchasing a house at our very first showing; contracts, down payments, inspections, closing costs, etc. He set up a portal that sent us emails of new listings in the areas we were searching in. It was a very user friendly portal, allowing me to save or trash listings depending on my likeness.
