We did not have a smooth purchase transaction, with multiple delays, almost dropped out, but having Frank there by your side made things so much better, closed the deal as we wanted. When we couldn't be in town to monitor and confirm the construction progress, Frank would do that for us and sent us photos and updates. When we requested additional and specific angle and close-up shots, he would go back and take more photos as well. If we move away, Frank would be the guy we contact to sell our house.
