Frank was terrific in making the process simple for the sake of my condo. Clearly explained the current market and expectations for offers, met with me on improvements I wanted completed prior to selling and found contractors to complete the work and checked on the project through its completion. Once listed, the process was smooth and Frank was communicating through each step to ensure I had full understanding of the offers. Once there was an agreement, above asking, he worked with me through each step till closing.
