I have been knowing Frank as a property manager of several assets of our family members for more than 10 years. As a property manager, he always supports us with his professional skills including management of contractors and problem solving, emergency correspondence and legal response. When I decided to look for a property about a year ago, he acted like my family for providing me advises about preferable location, asset types, and when I picked up some candidate, he actually visited all those properties, checked the building itself and neighborhood environment with his eyes and gave me his impression and comments for all of them. There were more than 50 properties that I asked him about. After we reached to the final candidate, Frank took a great lead on be half of myself who lives outside of the country, done all the negotiations with the seller, checked all the places of property both inside and outside and arranged required upgrades or repairs (sometimes Frank fixes by himself too!), closed all the documents for me and then find the lessee at the same time while he is taking care of upgrading work, and then made it stabilized in a month! When something happens, Frank reports me right away with his advise. When I feel I would like to know more or I can't feel safe, Frank always listens to me and gave me different options or ideas too. He always stand on my side and help me to find good solution. He understands if I need to be cost conscious for things, and provides me several options for that too. I really trust Frank as my professional real estate adviser and feel how lucky I am that he takes very good care of my family properties. Frank is a special realtor and a true professional. he makes sure everything is accomplished and fixed with the project at hand no matter how tedious the job even if he has to do it himself, which most of the time he does.
