Awards and Designations
Roberts holds its highest ranking available from the Relators Land Institute of ALC, or Accredited Land Consultant. Coursework includes in-depth courses and training in 1031 Exchange, financial analysis, site selection, transitional land, creative land planning, etc. To achieve ALC, a licensed Realtor must not only complete all of these courses, but also sell more than $5 Million in land sales.
