Frank was amazing to work with. As first time homebuyers, he really took his time to walk us through everything. He was extremely patient in showing us all of our options as we were basically clueless. When we went with a new build, he shared his knowledge from his previous home building processes to make sure we knew exactly what we were selecting. He was very helpful with explaining the VA loan process, as well. He continued to check in often as our home was being built to be sure we were getting everything that we asked for.
