I met with Frank at one of his charity work events in Detroit. At the time I was in the process to sell one of my properties that I was having difficulties with. I decided to put it on the market and give him a try. The property sold very quickly and the transaction was very smooth. I will be listing the rest of my properties with him in the upcoming year.
