Frank was very helpful with all aspects of the sale of our property. He even went above and beyond the expectations of an agent (dealing with utilities and condo association) at times when we were away.

Frank is "the Man"... A coworker recommended him. He came to my house on a Monday to do the paperwork and take some photos. He posted my house the following day (Tuesday). I walked into home buying with just a dream to see where I would stand, with respects to purchasing a house down the road, however Frank opened my conservative eyes to showing my dream can easily become a reality. No matter how petty my questions were, Frank took the time to explain in great detail how or why things are being done this way.
