Being a Realtor is a relationship business so I’ve adopted a client-centered approach. My philosophy emphasizes transparency, integrity, ensuring those I represent understand every aspect of their real estate journey and, quality over quantity. My end game is to ensure my clients feel supported and empowered to make confident decisions in a dynamic real estate landscape. I believe my success comes from listening first, understanding second, and then creating an actionable plan that will deliver the result you want. Over the last 14 years working in the South Florida real estate market, I have focused on sellers and buyers and have successfully navigated various market conditions, adapting to changes in inventory, pricing, and buyer and seller preferences while achieving significant results for my clients. (I’m a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.) Of course, the South Florida real estate market is constantly evolving, so it’s important that I stay up to date with market trends, guidelines and regulations to properly advise my clients. This is why I have recently been recertified as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and become a member of the National Association of Default Professionals (NADP). He went above & beyond to assist us in the process of purchasing a home.from start to finish. After looking and looking and looking. Frank was able to find us our dream home. When I would text or email Frank, he always got back to me with a correspondence almost immediately. He was super awesome! Helpful, patient and extremely diligent.
