We had an especially long journey over the span of a few years, and he hung right in there with us. Mr. Frank goes above and beyond being an agent. I never felt like a commission, and he never encouraged me to settle. Having him as a realtor is like having family during the process. He made the entire experience less stressful and even fun at times with his senses of humor. Not once did I call and he not answer. Not once did I text and he not reply. Mr. Frank checked the homes for some things that the inspector would check for, and that isn’t normally what you get in a real estate agent. I have bought and sold a lot of homes in my life. And I've had the pleasure of working with some good ones and even a great one prior to Frank. But, what Frank and his wife Toni did to help me prepare the house for sale and get top dollar for my home (some of my other realtor friends who are highly regarded in the industry told me it was priced to high, but I got full asking prices in just a few days) was so above and beyond the call of duty it almost defies credibility. And, they were excellent neighbors... when they didn't really know me at all and I just moved into the neighborhood and suffered debilitating injuries, they kept up my lawn and such while I was recovering from surgery.
