I am working with Frank on the sale of my mom’s home, and the purchase of a ranch townhome for her. Frank has been wonderful looking out for my mom, like she was his own. We were originally looking for a condo for her, and then Frank suggested we entertain a one level townhome with an attached garage. He was spot on, because the assessments are $150 to $200 a month less, and her walk is just from the garage to the kitchen (15 feet) versus walking from the parking garage to the elevator, and then another 50-150 feet to the condo unit. He mentioned they also appreciate more than condos, and they are really hard to find. Thank you, Frank!!
