21 years ago, while on our annual summer vacation to Bend, Oregon we had this crazy idea of buying a vacation house in Bend. We visited a real estate company, who shall remain nameless, the agent we spoke to took no interest in us and sent us on our way. We cannot begin to express how AMAZING Frank is. He was so knowledgeable , professional and just a great person to work with. Everything was taken care of with ease. He handled so many details. His communication skills are superb. We live out of the area and we never felt unsure about any of the process. He has a great feel for the market and his years of experience show. Frank Koster was our agent when we originally purchased this home in 2000. There was never any question who we would use as an agent if and when we decided to sell the house as we did this year. For the original purchase, Frank showed us a range of properties that met our needs, represented us effectively since we were out of town buyers, and got us an excellent price on the original purchase. We had a similar experience this year when we decided to sell the house. The sale was made more difficult by the fact that we were living on the opposite side of the country and travel, due to the COVID-19 pandemic was challenging. Frank put a lot of effort into promoting the house, making sure that it was represented on-line by top quality photographs, and negotiating on our behalf. As a result the house was only on the market 9 days before we received an offer for more than we thought the house would ever sell for. He then helped us work through the inspection and financial paperwork. Basically he made everything easy. Franks was instrumental in securing our new home in Bend. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods, school systems and proximity to shops and restaurants. We bid on a home pre-Covid and had to wait through the nationwide lockdown to secure the house.
