Frank assisted with a move from Maryland to Crested Butte. We initially contacted Frank about 3 years ago, and kept in touch, until we were ready to make the move. It seems out here everyone has a second job as a real estate agent. This is Frank's vocation, and he excels at it. We chose Frank because he was a local (he moved to CB after college), and he was down to earth. We stayed with Frank for 3 years, because of his integrity. He is a genuinely good guy, and we always felt he had our best interests at heart. He is an excellent communicator, and helped walk us through all the nuances of moving to a mountain town. Overall Frank is a pro. If/when I have another real-estate transaction in Gunnison County, Frank will be my first call.
