I think that's why he's such a good realtor because not only does he listen but he uses what he here's to give you the best advice possible. Listening is key and he is great at it. From the beginning he asked me plenty of questions to find out what it was I was looking for and selling my property. Frank is responsive, intuitive, a step ahead, helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all in tune with the business he works in. He was always on top of the latest interest rates and sales in the local market. He kept me updated on comps and what we should do to keep ourselves competitive. Never have I ever worked with someone who was so on top of things. He even dropped supplies off to help me fix up my place before I actually put it on the market.
