Frank Harper

Frank represented me for a couple of weeks, showed me about 6 houses and submitted one offer. He told me I had to sign a buyers rep contract before he could submit an offer, never explained the contract either, sent it to me to sign on my phone. He never once mentioned it there was a time frame on it but come to find out there is now he won't let me out of it without a large penalty. The offer we made was on a house that was just on the market 6-7 hours with no other offers and he wanted me to offer 3% higher than the asking price (right off the bat). Got the feeling he wasn't working for me but for the other realtor and himself - higher the sell price the more money they both make.
