Recently purchased a condominium in Orange County, NY with Frank Gerbes as my agent. From initial contact with Frank right through closing Frank was always available, returning phone calls promptly and dealing with the various issues that present themselves when purchasing real estate. Frank listened to what I wished to purchase, had a vast selection of units in the price range I wanted, and was able to show them within days of our request. Once we found the unit we wished to purchase, Frank assisted with dealings with the condo board, referred me to an excellent attorney and was the driving force that got everyone together to make it all happen.
