Professional, thorough, experienced, and fun!

I had a great time working with Frank! He is very professional and has a ton of experience which helped me find the house I needed in just 2 days of looking (I actually offered and purchased the first house I looked at on the 2nd day of the search). He knew what to watch out for and helped me quickly find the house that I wanted. While visiting one potential house, Frank quickly ruled it out due to shifting soils and foundation. Frank was especially good during the offer and negotiation phase. He has a good sense for how to get a deal done and guided me correctly each time.
