Frank was our agent helping us to find our first home. I’ll start by saying that his knowledge, professionalism and years of experience made the whole process a bliss. After hearing so many horror stories about buying a house I can confidently say I had NO stress at all, the process was very easy and smooth. Frank had everything under control since day 1. He guides you step by step, follows up constantly and the team he works with (loan officer and lawyer) does not stay behind. We saw the house on Aug 10th, put an offer that same day. Aug 12th our offer was accepted out of other 3 offers (once again, thanks to Frank and his experience). We finally closed Sept 11th... barely a month after... the experience of buying a house was so effortless and trouble-free that I would do it all over again.
