Frank Filippelli provides exceptional service and ongoing assistance with what could have been a very challenging situation. Because of his years of experience, he had the knowledge to guide me through two purchases. I highly recommend him and am so thankful I was referred to him. In one case, I would have never been able to close if he had not facilitated the issues with a buyer. In the other, he provided information regarding who to contact for items in question to prepare for closing.
